View from my window

We had this window put in the basement last summer, to let light into the family room. I forgot to check on the geranium I put on the nice wide sill, and it got a bit squeezed in the window box! So this is my "view". I made a small black and white sketch, taped it on to a firm piece of flat foam, then pinned a piece of netting over it. I'm at the weaving section of Textiles I (Lesley will remember it) and decided to do a miniature with needle and yarn.
